Class: Pineapple 9-Patch

Class Fee: $45.00

The blocks in this quilt masquerade as the classic pineapple block but are first pieced from parts cut with the Tri-Rex tool, then sewn together in nine-patch fashion. Whether using scraps or planning your fabric selection, you'll be pleased at how quickly your quilt comes together. Your friends will wonder where the pineapples came from! Pattern fee is included in the price! (Non-Guild members may register after: February 17, 2012)

Class set up is 8:30 am.

Class Time: 9 am - 4 pm

Class: Learning to Design

Class Fee: $40.00

This workshop is designed for those students who have a basic knowledge of quilting and are ready to move forward to learning about design! The morning session covers how to choose designs, working with the "creatively pieced" quilt, designing outside the box, dimension and movement, whole cloth quilting and making your borders fit. Students bring pieced tops and we spend the afternoon designing and marking. Cindy will bring her huge stash of stencils for the students to use for the class. (Non-Guild members may register after: April 7, 2012)

Class set up is 8:30 am.

Class Time: 9 am - 4 pm
