KITSAP QUILTERS GUILT AUCTION

This is your chance to get rid of those things you know you will not use and also to find some great bargains that you will use. This opportunity is not limited to Guild members, bring your friends, family and neighbors.
The church will be open at 5:30 pm; everything should be in place for viewing by 6:30. ALL ITEMS MUST BE LABELED PRIOR TO BRINGING THEM IN.
Items priced at $25 or more will be sold in a live auction. Each such item must have a string tag pinned to it which shows: Item number (assigned by you), a description of the item, and the minimum bid you will accept. You will be assigned an auction number which will be added to the tag.
Items expected to sell for $24 or less will be placed in the silent auction. Each item must have a bid sheet attached to it, showing: Item number (assigned by you), a description of the item, and the minimum bid you will accept. You will be assigned an auction number which will be added.
Each seller must fill out and sign an inventory sheet which lists all items to be
sold. THIS INVENTORY SHEET MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN APRIL 17. E-
